Refund policy
As each piece is thoughtfully handmade, we do not offer refunds for any pieces, unless it is damaged, in any way defective, or the wrong item, in which case a refund will be issued. If you're unhappy with your purchase, Julez Studio will accept a return for store credit of the same monetary value. The return must be initiated within 5 business days after receiving the item. Once we receive the return, the jewelry will be inspected, and if accepted you will receive a credit to be used at our online store, valid for 1 year.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with its original packaging. We highly recommend insuring the package to the value of the item, as we are not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of the return package. We do not cover the costs of return shipping.
Note regarding ring sizing: Please ensure you know your correct ring size before placing an order! If you're unsure of your ring size, we recommend visiting your local jewelry shop. Julez Studio does not currently offer ring-resizing.
Items not eligible for returns/exchanges of any kind: custom pieces, discounted items, and gift cards.
